DAILY ADMITTANCE TO DAYCARE!
At some other facilities, dogs are kenneled during the day and let out for (often infrequent) walks and bathroom breaks. At The Ruff House Dog Center, our boarded dogs have open access to our Dog Daycare portion of the facility during the day! Talk about a true Stay and Play!
SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS AND ADD-ONS!
At The Ruff House Dog Center, we keep your particular’s in mind. We follow specific instructions in regards to diet, exercise, and medication to ensure your dogs are taken care of in the context you’d prefer. Want to enjoy something a little extra? We offer add-ons such as light grooming and CBD-infused treats to make your dogs stay extra special!
ULTRA LIMITED CAPACITY FOR ULTRA GOOD CARE!
We limit the number of dogs staying overnight at our facility to 15 dogs per night! This means more play time, more potty breaks, more attention, more space, less distractions, and the best cirumstances for ultra good dog care.

Nightly Fee: $95.00*
At The Ruff House, we treat the dogs that stay with us differently than other boarding facilities. Here is what you can expect when your pet spends the night with us:
- Low Volume – We board 15 dogs maximum at any one time to ensure every dog gets individualized attention
- Extended Out Time – Time in the kennel stinks! Dogs that stay with us enjoy a minimum of 10 hours outside of their kennel per day, even on weekends!
- Time with Friends – A large portion of the pups who stay with us also attend our daycare services. Pups that stay with us are sure to catch up on gossip with another packmate!
- Fully Inclusive Pricing – Simple pricing, top quality care. Our all inclusive pricing includes access to daycare, medication administration, 1v1 playtime, report cards, exit baths, and more.
- Premium Add-on’s – Want to ensure your dog’s stay is exactly as you had hoped? Add in some premium enrichment options, like a stuffed kong, frozen licker mat, snuffle mat or flirt pole session, and much more!
- Clean, Safe, and Comfortable – Our top of the line Mason brand kennels are located in their own HVAC zone and equipped with Kuranda beds, Adaptil diffusers, and Amazon Echo devices to ensure maximum comfortability when staying with us. We also have 24/7 security, fire, and surveillance monitoring to ensure safety is a top priority.
- CPR and First Aid Certified Staff – Our staff has over 40 years of dog handling experience in house and know how to render care when necessary. You can trust that we know how to handle tough situations.
- Quality Reporting – Wondering how your dog’s stay is going? We’ve got you covered! Every 2 days we’ll send you a report on your dog’s stay and let you know how they’re doing. Want more up to date information? You can reach us anytime!

Boarding policies
ALL BOARDING DOGS MUST BE SOCIAL AND PASS OUR EVALUATION! NO EXCEPTIONS! If you are a new customer, please begin the onboarding process as early as possible! If you begin the onboarding process within 14 days of your desired boarding dates, there is the risk that there will not be an evaluation slot or kennel available. Please submit your vaccines to info@rhdogs.com with general boarding dates as quickly as possible so we can get you started!
WHAT TO BRING FOR YOUR STAY:
Food: Most important of all! Please bring your dog’s food and related supplementary feeding items (mix-ins, treats, etc.). All feeding items should be accompanied by thorough feeding instructions. Individually bagged meals preferred. In the instance your dog requires food or runs out during their stay, we have high quality house kibble in various proteins types we will substitute for $3 per meal.
Medications: Make sure to bring all of your dogs necessary medications with the accompanying instructions. We can handle all facets of medication administration.
Bedding*: We have Kuranda platform beds in every kennel, but extra cushion and comfort never hurt anyone! Feel free to bring dog beds or extra blankets.
Personal Items*: Bring your dogs favorite personal items, like toys (non- shreddable), special blankets, or a parents t-shirt.
*We reserve the right to remove specific belongings and items from kennels if we deem them to be a potential health hazard. These include rope toys, shreddable soft toys, collars, leashes, harnesses, articles or clothing, and other.
BOARDING DROP OFF:
Weekdays: Dogs dropping for their boarding stay Monday-Friday have two options. If they would like to participate in our daily daycare program the day of drop off, they must arrive at our facility by 11:00am. If you prefer to opt out of daycare, drop off times are between 2:00 – 5:00 pm
Weekends: We have two pickup time slots on weekends. Please let us know which you prefer at the time of booking.
9:00 am or 5:00 pm.
BOARDING PICK-UP:
Weekdays: Dogs being picked up from their boarding stay Monday-Friday may be picked up anytime between 8:00am-6:00pm. Dogs being picked up after 11:00am will be charged the $15 daycare access fee.
Weekends: We have two pickup time slots on weekends. Please let us know which you prefer at the time of drop off.
9:00 am or 5:00 pm.
Other pickup requests must be approved by RH Staff.
NOTE: We do not allow pick ups or drop offs on any major holidays!
DEPOSITS:
All boarding stays require a 50% deposit of stay total due up front at time of booking and a valid credit card must be placed on file. Your stay is not reserved or finalized until the deposit has been successfully submitted.
HOLIDAY POLICIES:
Holidays (Spring Break, Independence Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, etc.) as well as other periods of high demand are subject to a 3 day stay minimum which will be communicated with you at the time of booking.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
We know things come up and sometimes you may need to alter or cancel your stay. In the instance you need to cancel, we have the following deposit refund options:
7+ Days: 100% refund of deposit
Between 3-7 Days: 50% refund of deposit
72 Hours or less: No refunds given
